Requirements Before Treatments
Please do not feed your pet within an hour of your appointment. Please also ensure that your dog has been given the opportunity to relieve itself before being groomed, as this will ensure that it gets the maximum enjoyment out of the groom.
Liabilities And Right To Refusal
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your property or illness/injury to your dog unless we can be proved negligent.
Pristine Paws also has the right to cancel or refuse a groom if it would affect the dog’s welfare or if there is a risk to us or other pets.
Dog Muzzles And Behaviour
Dogs that are aggressive towards us or any other pet may need to be muzzled. It is the owners’ responsibility to inform us if they wish their dogs not to be muzzled.
Dog Illness And Medical Terms And Conditions
You must inform us of any medical conditions relating to your pet.
We cannot groom unwell dogs or those known to have an infection because of cross-contamination.
We recommend puppies wait until 2 weeks after their 2nd vaccinations before booking a puppy groom.
We cannot groom any dogs that are pregnant or in season.
Pristine Paws Payment Terms
50% deposit before your dogs groom is needed, If 24 hours notice of cancellation of a booked service is not given by the client, the full fee will be charged. Adverse weather conditions may mean delay or cancellation of our services at short notice.
Social Media terms
Pristine Paws uses social media sites to update owners with important information and sometimes share what your pet has been up to during its time with us. Please confirm if you are not happy for us to post photographs of your pet on our social media platforms.
